Cable Trolley\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cable Trolley is one of the basic components of festoon systems. Two pairs of high-quality carrier bearings (four in total) located on its upper part ensure smooth movement on the NPI beam. These bearings allow the trolley to slide and move freely within the profile, thus facilitating the smooth and effective transportation of loads and increasing the overall efficiency of the system.<\/p>\n

The cable clamp, called a ''Saddle'', located at the bottom is specially designed to ensure that the cable is securely fixed to the carrier. This saddle is only compatible with flat cables and prevents the cable from slipping or moving during operation, thus ensuring long-lasting and safe use of the cable. In addition, the saddle allows the cable to be bent properly without exceeding the safety factors, with its \u00d880 mm radius.<\/p>\n

In order to prevent the product from damaging other cable trolleys during movement, the plastic coatings on the sides provide a softer impact for the cable trolleys. These coatings reduce wear and improve the overall performance of the system.<\/p>\n

To accommodate to meet the various needs of users, bumpers that absorb harder impacts and protect the integrity of the system can be preferred over plastic coatings. These bumpers protect the system, especially in applications with a high risk of impact and wear, thus providing a longer lifespan and reliable performance.<\/p>\n

Thanks to these features, the cable transport trolley offers high performance and safety in industrial applications, increases system efficiency, and maximizes operational effectiveness.<\/p>\n
