Control Unit Trolley

The Control Unit Trolley is a product specifically designed to facilitate movement along the crane girder for the cable controls of cranes. The main function of this unit is to ensure that the control cable moves freely and safely within the crane system, as well as to connect the cable coming from the starting trolley to the control cable.

The Control Unit Trolley is designed to be longer than other trolleys. To balance its elongated structure, the Control Unit Trolley is equipped with two different bearring sets. This increases the load capacity, while the free suspension design underneath the bearring sets reduces stress on the socket cable during movement.

The cable coming from the End Clamps is securely fixed to the Trolley with a special cable clamp called a ''Saddle''. The saddle is protected with an elastomer plastic pad to prevent electrical leakage that may occur while the cable is connected. This insulating pad increases safety by preventing electrical faults from spreading throughout the system.

To increase the durability of the product and protect against corrosion, all metal parts are manufactured with high-quality steel or a galvanized coating. These features ensure that the Control Unit Trolley has a long life and reliable performance, even in difficult conditions.

Note: Since socket types may vary depending on the brand and model of the crane systems, we prefer to deliver the Control Unit Trolley without a socket to avoid any incompatibility during installation.
