The Cable Trolley is one of the basic components of festoon systems. Two pairs of high-quality carrier bearings (four in total) located on its upper part ensure smooth movement within the C-Track. These bearings allow the trolley to slide and move freely within the profile, thus facilitating the smooth and effective transportation of loads and increasing the overall efficiency of the system.

The cable clamp, called a ''Saddle'', located at the bottom, is specially designed to ensure that the cable is securely fixed to the trolley body. This saddle is manufactured to be compatible with flat cables. It prevents the cable from slipping or moving during transit, ensuring the cable's longevity and safe use. In addition, the Ø50 mm radius of the saddle allows the cable to be bent properly without exceeding safety standards, which increases the performance and durability of the cable.

In order to prevent the product from damaging other cable trolleys during movement, the plastic coatings on the sides provide a softer impact for the cable trolleys. These coatings reduce wear and improve the overall performance of the system.

To accommodate to meet the various needs of users, bumpers that absorb harder impacts and protect the integrity of the system can be preferred over plastic coatings. These bumpers protect the system, especially in applications with a high risk of impact and wear, thus providing a longer lifespan and reliable performance.
