Cable Trolley 

Kablo taşıma arabası, festoon sistemlerinin temel bileşenlerinden biridir. Üst kısmında bulunan yüksek kaliteli taşıyıcı rulmanlar, NPI profilde sorunsuz bir hareket sağlar. Bu rulmanlar, arabanın profil içinde rahatça kaymasını ve serbestçe hareket etmesine olanak sağlar, böylece yüklerin düzgün ve etkili bir şekilde taşınmasına yardımcı olur ve sistemin genel verimliliğini artırır.

The cable clamp, called a ''Saddle'', located at the bottom is specially designed to ensure that the cable is securely fixed to the carrier. This saddle is only compatible with flat cables and prevents the cable from slipping or moving during operation, thus ensuring long-lasting and safe use of the cable. In addition, the saddle allows the cable to be bent properly without exceeding the safety factors, with its Ø80 mm radius.

In order to prevent the product from damaging other cable trolleys during movement, the plastic coatings on the sides provide a softer impact for the cable trolleys. These coatings reduce wear and improve the overall performance of the system.

To accommodate to meet the various needs of users, bumpers that absorb harder impacts and protect the integrity of the system can be preferred over plastic coatings. These bumpers protect the system, especially in applications with a high risk of impact and wear, thus providing a longer lifespan and reliable performance.

Thanks to these features, the cable transport trolley offers high performance and safety in industrial applications, increases system efficiency, and maximizes operational effectiveness.
