The cable trolley is a fundamental component of festoon systems. The two trolleys on top support the weight, while the lower roller grips the rope and ensures smooth movement along it. These roller enable the trolley to glide effortlessly on the rope, facilitating the efficient and effective transport of loads, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the system.

The rollers are machined to match the rope diameter and galvanized to resist corrosion.

The cable clamp, called the Saddle, located at the bottom, is specifically designed to securely attach the cable to the carrier. This Saddle is compatible only with round cables and prevents the cable from slipping or shifting during movement. The body housing the Saddle and the wheel is designed to rotate independently. This flexible rotation feature prevents the cable from being damaged due to bending during movement, ensuring durable and safe usage.
