Track Joint
Track Joint
The track joint is a critical festoon component used to connect two C Tracks. The C Tracks, which are usually 4 meters long, must be perfectly connected to each other. An improper connection can restrict the movement of the carriages moving within the Tracks. This will directly affect the bearings on the carriages and the stress on the cables, potentially leading to failures in the electrical installation and a decrease in the overall performance of the system.
Ravon Track Joint: M6 screws on the outer surface hold two C Tracks together firmly. The screws facilitate the necessary fine adjustments during assembly and allow the carriages moving inside the C Track to move smoothly and without interruption. In addition, its galvanized body and screws provide resistance to corrosion.
