The cable trolley is a fundamental component of festoon systems. The two trolleys on top support the weight, while the lower roller grips the rope and ensures smooth movement along it. These roller enable the trolley to glide effortlessly on the rope, facilitating the efficient and effective transport of loads, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the system.

The rollers are machined to match the rope diameter and galvanized to resist corrosion.

The cable clamp, called a ''Saddle'', located at the bottom, is specially designed to ensure that the cable is securely fixed to the trolley body. This saddle is manufactured to be compatible with flat cables. It prevents the cable from slipping or moving during transit, ensuring the cable's longevity and safe use. In addition, the Ø50 mm radius of the saddle allows the cable to be bent properly without exceeding safety standards, which increases the performance and durability of the cable.

Thanks to these features, the cable transport trolley offers high performance and safety in industrial applications, increases system efficiency, and maximizes operational effectiveness.
